Medical Malpractice Attorneys Ryan 2022

Partner Ryan A. Prochaska is a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney at Prochaska, Howell & Prochaska LLC Law Firm. He entered professional law in 2010.

Ryan specializes in representing plaintiffs who have suffered due to medical malpractice, wrongful death or personal injury. He believes every case is important, no matter the injury or how complex the litigation, because each person deserves an attorney who understands their suffering.

The primary focus of Ryan is to win fair compensation for his clients while also maintaining a professional and compassionate relationship. He gives each client personal attention while providing open communication through the entire process. Combining these ideals with the firm’s resources, Ryan is able to achieve successful results for his clients.

In addition to cheering on the University of Illinois sports teams, the Kansas City Royals and the Kansas City Chiefs, Ryan enjoys working out, traveling and following politics.

I love diving into medical records and trying to find out what happened. I love helping my clients find closure to a difficult situation by providing answers they cannot otherwise get. I love the adversarial process of trying to find the truth through depositions and other means of discovery. There is nothing better than fighting for your client to receive the justice they deserve.
