(Wichita, KS) – The Wichita law office of Prochaska, Howell & Prochaska LLC is relocating to the Bank SNB building at 8415 E. 21st Street North, in Wilson Estates Office Park, according to Paul Jackson, president of Vantage Point Properties and owner of the building and Ryan Prochaska, managing partner at Prochaska, Howell & Prochaska.
PHP will occupy 5,049 square feet on the second floor of the 40,000-square-foot building. PHP’s lease brings the Bank SNB Building’s occupancy to 100%. Other tenants in the building include Bank SNB and Legend Senior Living. Wilson Estates Office Park is home to more than two dozen professional service businesses spanning law, accounting, oil, financial services and real estate.
Vantage Point was the original developer of Wilson Estates Office Park, including the Bank SNB Building, Hinkle Law Firm Building, Capitol Federal Savings Building, Morgan Stanley Building, and the Preferred Health Systems Building. Construction began on the first building in 1998, and the office park sold in 2006 with over 97% occupancy. In 2013, Vantage Point was able to buy back three of the five buildings at auction after the owners fell on hard times during the recession in 2008.
According to Jackson, “PHP is a solid company with deep roots in Wichita, so we are pleased at their long-term commitment to Wilson Estates Office Park, and we look forward to working with them.”
PHP, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, is looking forward to a long-awaited opportunity to expand its services. According to Ryan Prochaska, “working with Paul Jackson has been absolutely wonderful. He has helped make the vision of PHP a reality”. The firm will now have a private library to organize its 1500 plus medical textbooks, three large conference rooms with state-of the-art media, and room for further expansion of the firm.
PHP will relocate in July. ICON Structures is the contractor. Spangenberg Phillips Tice is the project architect. Todd Laffoon and Ginger Coyle with Scott Rice are designing the office interior. Whitney Ward with J.P. Weigand brokered the transaction.
