In September, PHP Law Firm and its Wichita medical malpractice attorneys were honored as the “Community Partner” for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Sedgwick County. The designation aims to recognize significant partners of the local non-profit organization.
In supporting CASA, PHP Law Firm and its Wichita medical malpractice attorneys further the organization’s mission to provide caring, trained volunteers to advocate for the abused and neglected children of our community so that each child can reach his or her full potential.
According to U.S. Senator for Kansas, Jerry Moran, “CASA is recognized in Kansas and across the country as a model for watching over and protecting children in the court system. What makes CASA so successful is highly motivated volunteers and their ability to devote the time and attention needed to help one child at a time. The advocates and volunteers for CASA make a lifelong difference for children.”
At PHP Law Firm, we feel that we have a responsibility to support our community. Our firm has been partnering with CASA since 2016 as well as supporting various other non-profit organizations.
“Many of our clients have been helped by community organizations like CASA, so we want to help them better assist you,” said medical malpractice attorney and partner at PHP Law Firm, Ryan A. Prochaska. “By supporting our community, we help our past, present and future clients, as well as those who are less fortunate.”
