Derek Casey
Derek, who recently joined the firm, has been in private practice in Wichita since his graduation from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1991. His work has taken him before state, federal and tribal courts from New York to Honolulu. Derek has broad experience in investigating and prosecuting complex civil matters including personal injury and wrongful death actions, consolidated and class-action claims, and other cases seeking recovery of damages for wrongful conduct. His work on probate matters has allowed him to expand his litigation practice over the years to include lawsuits involving estates, conservatorship, guardianships, trusts, and fiduciary duties.
Ryan Prochaska
P H & P is pleased to announce the addition of a new associate attorney, Ryan Prochaska. Ryan received his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois, and his law degree with honors at Washburn University School of Law in Topeka. Ryan will work under the tutelage of Jim Howell in the areas of medical malpractice, truck accidents, and products liability.
